We may process company and contact-person details, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry content, project information, files and documents supplied by the client, and technical website usage data.

3. Why we process information

Information is used to answer enquiries, assess the scope of a service, prepare quotations, enter into and perform contracts, prepare or review documentation, communicate with clients, meet legal obligations and improve the website.

4. Client documents and confidential information

CE Point may receive technical drawings, diagrams, manuals, photos, registers, risk assessments and other internal company documents. Such material is used only to provide the agreed service and is not disclosed to third parties unless necessary for service delivery, authorised by the client or required by law.

If a project contains particularly sensitive trade secrets or confidential technical information, a separate confidentiality agreement can be concluded.
